not only powder is a food tech startup founded in late 2022 with a mission to reduce food waste, promote well-being, and encourage sustainability. The company was founded by siblings Fioni and Alvin, inspired by their mother's roots in Taiwan, known for its abundance of fruits. Their vision is to give a new life to ugly and spare fruits by collecting them from suppliers and transforming them into healthy snacks and powdered forms for smoothies and other purposes. By offering convenient and delicious fruit-based products, they make it easy for individuals to fight food waste while enjoying the benefits of sustainable and nutritious food choices. The company contributes to Sustainable Development Goals 3, 12, and 13, focusing on health and well-being, responsible consumption and production, and climate action.
