MeCakeKi was established in Hong Kong in 2021. Founder Kenneth worked in the handbag and leather goods industry in the past and returned to Hong Kong in 2019 due to the covid-19, He hopes to establish a bakery brand that focusses on HK tastes using natural ingredients and promoting a healthy approach. The main products include HK crispy egg cookies inspired by egg cookies from 1960s, low-sugar mooncakes / vegetarian mooncakes, and zero-trans-fat frozen Basque cheesecakes. MeCakeKi combine Hong Kong's traditional baking characteristics and adopt consumers with unique and healthy baking choices.
