E-Shop Promotion

  • Enjoy free delivery service to local addresses for purchases over HK$200 (after any item discount, before applying any vouchers or Cash Dollar).
  • [Members only] Complete your first online order to receive a HK$30 e-voucher for your next purchase*. 

*e-voucher will be sent to member's registered mobile via WhatsApp around 1-2 working days after his/her first successful online purchase. Voucher is applicable to all LOUDER physical stores and e-Shop.

 

Delivery to Home or Office Address / SF Locker Pick Up

  • We only deliver to Hong Kong addresses.
  • For orders with purchase less than HK$200 (before applying any promotion code and/or deducting Cash Dollar), the shipping fee is HK$60 (for the first 3.5kg) or HK$160 (for more than 3.5kg).
  • Your items will be sent to third party logistic company (SF Express) for delivery within 2 days upon order confirmation. The actual delivery date usually takes 2 days but subject to actual logistic situation of SF Express.
  • If customers want to make changes to an order that is being processed, please contact us at cs@louder.hk. However, acceptance of changes cannot be guaranteed if the parcel has been dispatched.

Store Pick-up (Hong Kong International Airport store excluded)

  • All online orders that select the "store pickup" option will be provided free shipping.
  • If you wish to pick up your online order at our offline store, please select " [Branch Name]Store Pickup" as your shipping method during the online checkout process.
  • We will notify you via email or our business WhatsApp (+852 6388 3008) when your order is ready for pick up at the store you chose. The notication usually comes within 1-4 business days after an order has been placed*. If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please contact us by email cs@louder.hk or WhatsApp +852 6388 3008
  • When you arrive at our store to pick up your order, please proceed to our cashier, and present either the order confirmation email or the WhatsApp notification we sent you to our staff.

 

*The time for the goods to arrive at the designated service point will depend on factors such as stock levels and actual store conditions.
