Oh La La La Petite: Raw cashews are roasted and ground into powder, mixed with French butter, Japanese egg yolks, and Korean icing sugar. They are crispy and full of cashew aroma. Caramel Nut Tart, the crispy nuts is wrapped with homemade sea salt caramel sauce, perfectly matched with the crispy butter tart shell. The recipe is low-sugar formula. A right balance of sweetness, healthy and delicious.
