The unique recipe developed by Mab kitchen, a female chef who supports the local agriculture industry, is made from a combination of garlic and lemongrass grown in Tai O. It is full of Thai flavor and the natural aroma is very refreshing to eat, and it serves as a basic Thai sauce.
Lemon, lemongrass and garlic sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for grilled or steamed seafood, as well as for simple Thai dishes such as steamed fish, stir-fried squid, Thai pork neck, chicken wings and pork chops.
