Laksa is a delicacy from the South Seas and is an iconic food from Singapura, and was once ranked No. 7 on CNN's travel website's list of the world's top 50 cuisines. Master Shing uses organic ingredients such as turmeric, lemongrass, garlic and red pepper grown in the Er O farm, and adds shrimp and shrimp paste, which are slowly simmered by hand to create a well-balanced flavor, with a long, spicy taste, a mouthful of shrimp, and a rich, tangy texture.
