The uniqueness of this coriander sauce is the addition of two different varieties of coriander, Chinese and Thai coriander grown in ErAo, which increases the aroma of coriander, and because the sauce does not have five pungent ingredients, it is specially added to the ErAo freshly grown both lemon leaves and ErAo ginger, which makes it fresh and layered, and it can be used to make different dishes 🥣.
