How to use.
Burn your sage stick and let the smoke rise slowly. Allow the smoke to purify the room. When you are finished, put out the fire on the abalone shell and save it for later.
Use whenever you need to rebalance your mind, body or emotions (stuck in a limiting way of thinking/fear, anger, frustration) or when you want to let go/transform your energy.

Note*
*The burning embers are recommended to be poured into potted plants/soil in an attempt to return the nutrients to nature in an everlasting way.
