It took us a few months to try out a new recipe!
Coriander Noodle in Fish Soup is finally launched!
You said many people have made coriander noodles.... But have you ever seen this fish soup? Have you ever eaten it?
The method is the same as shrimp noodle, about 400ml of water, the water rolls down the noodle, about a minute and a half to two minutes, then you can put the soup into the bowl to eat!
The soup has a light fish aroma and a rich coriander flavor, so be sure to drink the fish broth! Don't waste so much time pouring the soup!
We recommend to let the noodles sit for 2 minutes after serving for the best result!
