According to the Japanese wellbeing ritual, Forest bathing is how the Japanese bath the 5 senses into forest for body and mind healing. Walking through the forest and deeply breathing in the scent of woods and nature that help soothe the emotion and clarify the soul.

How to use: Insert into ATELIER AROMA Aroma Diffuser to diffuse, or add 5-10 drops to the steam diffuser (100ml of pure water).
