• Photos are for reference only.

customization product has been confirmed, no cancellations, refunds or changes can be made.
Merchant’s preparation time may vary based on customization requirement. We will notify you via our business WhatsApp (+852 6388 3008) when your order is ready for pick up at the store you chose. (In case the contact number you provided is not available on WhatsApp, we will notify you via email) or your items will be sent to third party logistic company (SF Express) for delivery within 2 days upon order confirmation. The actual delivery date usually takes 2 days but subject to actual logistic situation of SF Express.
• If order includes in stock and customization products, parcel can be shipped separately provided you inform LOUDER Team at cs@louder.hk or WhatsApp us at +852 6388 3008.
If you find any problem with the product, please contact us immediately via email at cs@louder.hk or WhatsApp us at +852 6388 3008. We will have someone to follow up for you as soon as possible.
When you arrive at our store to pick up your order, please proceed to our cashier, and present either the order confirmation email or the WhatsApp notification we sent you to our staff.
